???????By the lakeside on the evergreen street. The hospital, named Hope and Care, was built during the days of world war I and then later was also used for world war II. It was initially erected to take care of the fallen and wounded soldiers but as the wars progressed and inevitably ended, the hospital was transformed into a care facility for mentally ill patients. The facility had some power cut problems but other than that, it was a good one.
