The Ethiopian health care system like many of the developing countries deprived of infrastructural organization,health manpower and access to health care.Therefore application of Information Communication technology(ICT)on health and the use of telemedicine gave hopes to fill some of these gaps by creating access,increase quality,and generally improving primary health care interventions.
