The present study was undertaken to determine standard plate count (SPC) for total bacteria, lactic acid bacterial count (LABC), lipolytic bacterial count (LBC), Proteolytic bacterial count (PBC) and coliforms for determining bacterial quality of raw milk as influenced by metabolic size of healthy crossbred cows by dry full hand method of milking at SHUATS dairy farm Prayagraj.
