This book is the result of a study on the perception that actors involved in the outsourcing of services in Brazil have about the topic. We explore the role of outsourcing in the precariousness of work in Brazil based on statements from representatives of trade unions, academics, leaders of the national legislature responsible for drafting bills that seek to establish a regulatory framework for the matter, and representatives of the Brazilian labour judiciary.
