Cookery of Somali Style: Habka Cunto-Karinta Somaaliyeed is an updated version of the original book by Asha Mohamud Guled, which is the first published Somali cookbook printed in 1978. The book celebrates Somali cuisine and pays homage to the tastes of the various regions. It is also a celebration of Somalia's rich culinary history.
