Climate change and its effects pose a real threat to humanity. There is no doubt that developing countries are the most vulnerable to its consequences. These consequences present two major challenges for developing countries. Future GHG emissions and the impacts of climate change on energy production, transport and distribution systems, which could affect access to energy.
