This book contains a thorough study of wire electric discharge machining considering low carbon alloy steel as a work-piece and brass wire as an electrode. Significant control factors were found out by one factor at a time approach (OFAT). Response surface Methodology (RSM) was used for the planning of experiments and the optimization of the significant control factors. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used for the percentage contribution of significant control factors.
