In reply to the calumnies of Mr. Babbage at their meeting in June 1853, and in his book entitled The exposition of 1851. This book, "A letter to the Board of visitors of the Greenwich royal observatory", by Richard Sheepshanks, is a replication of a book originally published before 1854. It has been restored by human beings, page by page, so that you may enjoy it in a form as close to the original as possible.
