Information and Computer Technology (ICT) in the classrooms is a fundamental element for instruction in the 21st century. Various ICT interventions have been made to integrate it in teaching and learning processes. The public primary teacher training colleges in Kenya, for example have been equipped with multimedia computer laboratories (MCLs) to facilitate integration of ICT in all subject areas.
