Huraian
The present study was conducted in Samastipur district of Bihar with an objective to training needs of rural youths in agricultural enterprises: a study in Samastipur district of Bihar. Two villages from every two blocks were selected. Total numbers of four villages and two blocks were selected for the research study. In total 22 rural youths from each village were selected randomly to comprise a sample of 88 respondents for study purpose.
