Performance art has been the target of curious looks from various fields of human knowledge. Forming a hybrid and trans/interdisciplinary terrain, performance studies in the artistic sphere offer the possibility of producing knowledge with a multifocal lens, opening up spaces for the crossing of diverse epistemologies and broadening the spaces for discussion.
