IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis worldwide. It is characterized by variability in its clinico-biological, histological and evolutionary manifestations. We conducted a retrospective descriptive, analytical and comparative study in the Department of Internal Medicine A at Charles Nicolle Hospital, Tunis, from 1992 to 2021. The study included all patients with primary IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal biopsy.Two hundred and thirteen patients were included.
