Diversity Theory is a relatively new field of research in social and economic sciences that deals with the diversity, differences or distinctions between people. Over the past decades, it has further developed its research focus, which includes areas such as inequality and perspectives of use, and today attempts to uncover the resources and potential of individuals using various models and categories, among other things.
