I decided to write this book, because Singapore is not on the radar when people in the United States talk about must-see travel destinations, and it should be! Singapore is a very modern cosmopolitan city, with a Financial District rivaling Wall Street, and more importantly, it is a culturally diverse city where the influence of Malaysia, India, and China blends with the modern influences to create a City-State of unparalleled charms.
