According to Gwaradzimba and Shumba (2010) achieving educational goals and providing quality basic education largely depends on the important role facilitators' play in deciding the value of the education students receive in schools. The main goal of this book is to bring into light the nature of instructional supervision on teaching and learning at the Lutheran Schools in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
