The study that Mr. Jean-Claude Simon BIYOKO Mabua proposes to the scientific community has its raison d'etre. It should be widely disseminated in teaching and research circles that devote little time and almost no credit to the evaluation of scientific activities of researchers. In other countries, there are laboratories and research centres dedicated to this kind of activity.It is welcome to raise interest in the Congolese scientific community in general and IFASIC in particular.
