This essay mainly talked about the situation of drug-abused and drug trafficking from the two important phase of history .The goal is to uncover the reason of drug-abused in a period of social transition which contained the environment, history and social groups factors exerts on the drug-abused before liberation, and the reason of drug-abused became various after liberation.
