The architectural office of Escher GuneWardena was founded in 1996 in Los Angeles. Their work reflects the background and broad cultural ambitions of their principals Swiss-born Frank Escher who studied at ETH Zurich and Ravi GuneWardena, originally from Sri Lanka, who received his education at California State Polytechnic University.
