Yes, that's right; the picture above is a human heart. No, this is not going to be a biology lesson. The only talk about the physical part of the heart will be right here in the introduction. I'm sure that most of you are aware that heart failure is the number one cause of death in America; but that's not what this book is about either. The heart is a very strong muscle.
