This research, sponsored by AMC/AA9, utlized a four round Policy Delphi Study to determine the potential utility, benefits, drawbacks and pitfalls of utilizing MQ-9 RPA to perform the airdrop mission. Literature concerning the MQ09, RPAs, Joint Precision Aerial Delivery Systems, repurposing and rebranding, and Delphi STudies was reviewed.
