The present study aims to explore nature of Guidance needs among 11th grade institutions High School pupils and High Madrasah pupils, Science pupils and Social Science pupils, urban pupils and rural pupils, Male and female, in the district of Murshidabad of West Bengal. The descriptive survey design was adopted and simple random sampling is used for the study. The populations consist of higher secondary pupils (class XI) of Murshidabad district. Questionnaire on guidance need was distributed.
