According to the Physics Teaching Redesign Group (GREF-USP), physics has a conceptual beauty that in itself would justify its study, but this natural science is undermined when methodologies are adopted that do not consider contextualization, the natural relationship between its concepts and the reality experienced by society as a whole, and also ignore the conceptions that students have beforehand.
